◆ Please credit me as your Model Mama in your bio or description where the work is used.◆PricingKindly respect my pricing. Do not request discounts. Live2D models are priced based on the complexity and time required.◆Corporate/commercial commissions are subject to different rates than personal commissions.◆Usage Rights◆All Live2D models are licensed for commercial use unless otherwise stated.◆Production & DeadlinesRush orders will only be accepted if a rush fee is paid. Revisions
General Revision Policy◆ Minor revisions (small adjustments) are free.
◆ Free revisions are only available during the sketch phase.
◆ Major revisions (such as re-rendering, remaking, or adding significant parts) will incur an additional fee of $50 or more depending on complexity.
◆ Excessive back-and-forth revisions are discouraged to maintain project efficiency.
◆ Post-Completion Revisions
◆ Additional fees will apply for changes requested after the commission is completed. This includes:
◆ Specific part adjustments requested by a rigger.
◆ Changing previously approved parts or designs.
◆ Adding new accessories or features.
Fees will depend on the complexity of the requested changes.◆ Revision Limits
Sketch Phase: Free revisions.
Line Art & Base Color to Rendering: Up to 5 free minor revisions.
Additional minor revisions: $20 each.
Major revisions: $50+.

◆ Payments are processed via PayPal only.
◆ All PayPal fees must be covered by the buyer.
◆ Payment can be made in two parts: 50% upfront and 50% upon completion.
◆ Payment plans are possible—please discuss your plan with me in advance.
◆ An invoice will be sent after price quoting and discussion.
◆ Do not send payment without an invoice.
◆ Payments sent without an invoice or agreement will be treated as donations.
◆ Donations are always welcome — I’m basically a stray cat with a drawing tablet.

RE SELLING

◆ Reselling the Model : Contact Artist to inform me that you're selling the model.

refund policy

◆ Strictly no refunds once progress has been made on your commission.
◆ In case of emergencies (e.g., hospitalization) preventing me from completing your model, I will issue a 100% refund and deliver any work-in-progress files unless you choose to wait until I recover.
◆ 50% refund is available only if you cancel before any progress has been made.
◆ If the client cancels after work has started, no refund will be issued. A future commission would be treated as a new transaction at full price.
◆ Persistent nitpicking or excessive revision requests may result in project cancellation by me. In such cases, a 30% refund will be issued.
◆ (Side note: I take your commission seriously — I’ll work on it as if my soul won’t rest until it’s done!)

DISCLAIMER

◆ The client is solely responsible for any issues, disputes, or consequences arising from the use of models created from the delivered illustrations in Vtuber activities.◆ The artist is not liable for any problems, damages, or claims resulting from Vtuber activities that involve the delivered illustrations or models.◆ Once the commission is completed and delivered, the artist has no further involvement or responsibility regarding the client’s Vtuber activities using the commissioned work.

◆ Touma , How much do i have to pay for Rush Fee ?◆
A: Depends on the complexity of the design , 30-50% For Models , x2 for Assets only ( wanting to commission a new toggle such as Hair , Arm , Expressions )
◆ Uhmmm Touma? Whats the limit of Revisions you can make?◆A: as many as you like as long as you dont go back and fort with me and as long as you understand that there are FEEs along with it , if you refuse to accept these terms im happy to drop the commission ,i will not issue refunds◆ What kind of Revisions will Fees Apply?◆
A: as i said only sketch phase revision is free you may tell me an essay long revision but during line & base color phase Fees may apply if you wanted to change ; leg positions , arms pose , hair length , clothes or add things that are not included in the previous design.

Frequently Asked Questions~!How is your commission process
When i re:open my commission , i will accept 10 Commissions that be finished around 4-5 months (possible revision time included) i will accept reservations or 2 commissions that will be done AFTER the current batch im working on. i will not accept or do new commissions untill i reopen them.
to those who got accepted , its is NOT first come first serve complexity of design can be a factor on why your model is done slower than the otherFill out the wait list form in the home page , i will choose designs that i can work on , you will received an email notification when youre accepted and when im open again for commission

Hi im Touma ~! also known as Toumama .Im a full time artist and ive been making vtuber models since 2021. My Specialization are Ikemen and Shoujo body types. However , i can work around semi muscular and petite characters as well as Kemonomimi and Semi Anthro CharactersIve done so many vtuber models and worked with various riggers.
i can work on complicated model cuts and frame by frame pieces for animations.
